I have an FDR early next year and have asked my high earning spouse questions after FDA which he has answered but with no documentary evidence we are both LIP's what do I do? Example just states shares and investments all cashed in has not dissipated any money? Also states had no pension for 2 yrs when started employment- highly unlikely as high earner - asked for doc evidence in questionnaire but none given will Judge just expect I take his word for this and value of assets? Rolex watches under £100! Help

You could either apply back to court and seek enforcement of the order, or make it clear in writing that in the absence of documentary evidence to back up his response you will ask the judge to draw inferences.

I have emailed the Court and asked for the Judges advice as a Lip as to whether I send him a schedule of deficiencies/further questionnaire or whether another directions appointment is required. Not sure as a Lip what I am allowed to ask him without asking the Judge first? Likely to ignore anything I send him

You can ask your ex directly, by letter as a solicitor would via letter, just make sure to send a copy of the same communications to the court manager also.
