Hi, I am after advice on removal of covenant re shared driveway?
Our neighbour is willing to have the covenant removed, as long as we bear associated costs and he doesn't have to do anything apart from agree/possibly sign a few things.
Can I just go to a regular solicitor? Or land Reg? Or both.
Is it likely to cost a lot?
Any other considerations I might not have thought of?
