Police camera

Hi I was going along a road today and a police man was parked up in an unmarked car holding a camera? Would this be a speeding camera? Wen I got closer to the car he put it down? I saw it was a police man as he had the uniform on?

Probably but if he zapped you, you'd have seen it flash.

Nope there wasn't a flash tbh I don't think I was speeding it just had me thinking that's all xx

ANPR = automated number plate recognition

So a device for checking what cars are passing.
