Can anyone advise what will happen or what I should do? It's been 3 weeks since the POA forms were sent away, my dad is deteriorating rapidly and is in his last days. What should I do?

Did you send them yourself or use a solicitor?

We did mums PoA forms through a legal executive at her solicitors, mum died about 3 weeks later. The actual PoA application got cancelled for us, but we had obviously to pay the legal executives fees.

If you did forms yourself, is there a number you can ring and ask for advice? Ours easily got cancelled, suggesting it takes a few weeks for them to action the forms!!

@kath6144 Thank you, we did them ourselves, I'll give them a call. Thank you.
