Hi I wonder if there is anyone who can advise me on the above.
Our charity had a volunteer worker sometime ago who was asked to leave due to inappropriate Facebook comments. We are now getting complaints due to her disgusting vile racist remarks but she refuses to remove our name from her profile.
Is there any legal route I can take?
