DH's ex and DH are going through a court case for residency of his young DS.
The court has ordered his ex to take a 3 month drug test which was extended to a 6 month test. She is playing for times by attempting to refuse the test and has stalled it by changing solicitors.
She is accused of smoking crack cocaine daily while caring for their DS.
What will happen if she doesn't take it? What action can the court take or is there not much they can do?
