Hi, wondering if anyone can give me some insight.
My ex took me to court last year to see my da, (he refused to accept second da as his so only asked to see eldest). After asking for drug test to be done and him in turn asking me we agreed I took mine and passed, we waited for his results but to revive a letter stating he had withdrew his application, the in may this year he showed up at my house after getting a PI to find us ( hiding from him due to DA&DV)naturally I called the police, i were very shaken up. Now I have revived a court date yet again, how can he be allowed to do this again after waisting courts time. Its causing my anxiety to get really bad and I'm actually a little scared again. Any advice would be great
