I am really sorry to be vague but I can not post here about the issue as its very sensitive.

I need to get an emergency residence order for a child but I don't know what forms I need to fill in to take to court, could anyone advise please?

Thank you in advance.

You want a C100 and, if there are allegations of domestic abuse or similar (see guidance notes) a C1A. Link to C1A here, the C100 is available on the same site. formfinder.hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/c001a-eng.pdf

C100, Statement (possibly - definitely if you want an ex-parte order), and C1A (dependent on what you're alleging).

I just did this 2 weeks ago and the cost was £215. I would not do it lightly though as the judge in my case was quite challenging to my reasons so make sure the forms are very clear why your asking for N emergency hearing
