D081 and consent order

Hi
I have a decree nici, and following solicitor advise we have come to an agreement on splitting assets.
I understand i should get my solicitor to write the consent order.
I assume we need a D081 filled in too. Can I do this to save solicitor costs (all DIY so far other than advice session)?
We used values from 6 weeks ago to reach our agreement. Do I need more current values on d081? There will have been minimal (and similar) change on each side.
Thanks for any pointers!

No those figures are fine unless you know any have changed dramatically.
