Registering a final charging order and a voluntary charging order

Hi,
My ex husband hasn't paid maintenance for years and I now have a voluntary charge he made against his property and a final charging order for a further order amount both following court enforcement by me.
Does anyone know whether I make this a unilateral or agreed notice with the land registry or a registration and which form to use.
I used a unilateral notice for the interim charging order against his property but someone said this may not be the best protection. I want to ensure I get paid when he finally sells his house.
Advice and experience gratefully received.

If you have evidence of entitlement it's an agreed notice.

So agreed notice for both. Form AN1.

Hi,
Thank you for your help. Re-reading the voluntary charge includes a clause that the parties to the deed apply for the registration of a restriction on the register I'd the title in Form P and the gives suggested wording. It's looks as if I apply using the agreed notice form I can also apply for a restriction using RX1 or ch1? Do you know if I do this for the v charge and final charging order? I can't seem to find a form p (if I do would this be in places of rx1 or ch1?)
Really appreciate the help.
