Uncle died intestate and had 4 insurance policies plus savings . His brother was power of attorney for him for a number of years but uncle always suspected that his brother was taking money from his bank but as uncle had dementia was hard to prove this without causing a family feud . Uncles brother now refusing to give any details of the money which was left and when told that the other people who would have by law got a share of any assets he left knew that there was assets accused them of lying .
