Ex and I have court order for 50/50 school holidays. We live 5 hours apart. Pre starting school we have handed over for holidays on a Sat morning as it is a long-way to travel for a pre-schooler on a Friday eve. He states that school holiday 'nights' (since contact is counted in nights) starts on the Friday eve, the proposed calendar starts the holidays and does handovers Sat-Sat.
I don't want him to think I'm bickering and denying contact for 1 night per each school holiday. I also don't really want 4 year old travelling such a long way after school in his reception year (he starts Sep).
So my Q:
Do school holiday contact arrangements include the Friday nights?
