Hi, I am deliberating on whether to go ahead with claiming damages against a care home regarding damage to my parent, who did actually come out of it alive.
It would be on a 'no win no fee' basis, but had to get insurance - offered by the law firm - in place to avoid hidden costs, which can come into the thousands.
Is this something you would recommend, or are there other hidden costs I might get bitten by? Would the whole process be more trouble than it's worth?
