Quick question about the birth certificate

If exdp goes for a parental responsibility order does that mean DD's birth certificate gets changed or does he get a bit of paper saying he's got pr?

Yeah that's what I thought, his mum is under the impression that if he goes for it then birth certificate gets amended to put him on it
