Hi Everyone, not sure if anyone has experienced this but my ExH has got a 'divorce management services ' company to write to me about his intention to apply for a downward variation in spousal maintenance. A few things not making any sense.
Claiming financial difficulties but has recently got remarried and been on a few holidays. Also moved house and increased his mortgage by around 70%.
Changing his maintenance payments from once a month to weekly although he is paid monthly.
Instinct telling me he's playing games as why doesn't he just apply to the court? Has offered mediation and asked me to make a proposal.
The company he has appointed looks a bit dodgy so will not be responding. Also wondering if he's deliberately upped his outgoings. Is he likely to be successful?
