My husband, as I have found out is a douchebag 😳 I am thinking about my options & where I go from here.
One of the things I am thinking about is the financial side. Here lies my problem: I took out a loan in MY name for my husbands own debts from before he met me. (He was unable to get a loan out due to self employed/not a home owner).
There was nothing in writing to say this. How do I stand if we split? I won't be able to afford the monthly payments with 2 small children.
Any advice would be great fully appreciated.
