Hi, I hope someone can advise. I bought a Phil and Ted's travel system from kiddicare a few months before my ds was born to spread the cost. One of the catches on the carry cot is misaligned. It is clearly a manufacturing fault. I have photographed it and been emailing kiddicare for over a month. They finally responded last week saying that they would collect and replace. After waiting in for two days it had finally been collected but no replacement. I've emailed twice and no reply and I've asked 5 times to be informed of their complaints procedure but they haven't answered. What are my rights and how do I enforce them? Thanks.
