REMO CHILD maintenance

I was wondering I need to get a REMO regarding ex partner and child maintenance. Can anyone tell me is best way to get an order in this country and then psss that to REMO office for them to pass on to USA ... ? Or should I just fill in REMO forms they pass them to Texas USA and Texas courts issue a maintenance order ?? Sorry but no one seems to know and my local solicitor really had no knowledge of REMO even . Thank you for any help

Hi thank you for that it does help .. I have emailed them and they sent me a form but some people have told me that if you get a British maintenance court order first then it is easier to process in USA ... but I don't know if that's true :(

Complete the form and send it back. The MEBC will then handle the entire process for you, including getting a court order in the UK.
