If I ask for costs on a divorce will this include the Court fees? I want a divorce and my ex does too but he wont contribute. If I claim costs will he be required to contribute?

It will include the court fee, but it's up to the judge whether he is ordered to contribute towards your costs. Is it an adultery or unreasonable behaviour petition?

Provided the allegations are strong enough on a fault-based divorce you normally get at least a contribution towards your costs.
