Sorry yes it is me again! He still will not cooperate with the Court Orders and Undertaking. He is not to harass, pester, intimidate me or ask anyone else to. He is writing to me, he is putting two pages of slanderous comments in the contact book, harassing my mum via text message (she is emergency contact as no direct contact), he is telling my solicitor he will commit suicide, threatening to take my house and declare himself bankrupt, instructing a neighbour to spy on me, demanding the children when he is not supposed to have them etc etc. Obviously I have evidence of all of this. Would this be enough to reapply for a Non Molestation Order? The Domestic Violence Unit called me and said to do this but I think it will fail again!
