If someone violates CPN.

Someone on my street has been served a Community protection notice for allowing her dogs to be a nuisance and attacking other dogs.
The condition on the CPN is that the dogs have to be on lead at all times.

Just wondering if she violates the conditions, she could be fined but could she be prosecuted and would she get a criminal record?

If she fails to comply with the CPN she could be prosecuted and would get a criminal record if found guilty. The penalty would be a fine of up to £2,500.
