Spousal Maintenance

How much spousal maintenance do people get please? I just want a vague idea because my h (soon to be ex) says it is not available in the UK which of course I know it is.

Every case is different. No-one can give you any idea what you might get with no information. It depends on how much you are earning, how much he is earning, your reasonable needs, your earning capacity and so on. You need to talk to a lawyer who can advise you when they are in possession of all the relevant facts.

You get maintenance for dc rarely for yourself. You will get a share of assets do you work?
