AP 1 FORM ( BASTARD) On panel 14 who do you put down as transferors when its executor.
Ie executors are filling out the form.

Or would it be the deceased person? Silly question I know.

Ring them and ask them - they are very helpful.

When I was doing this I found a thread on the MSE forum which land registry commented on. They said you just leave that section blank if you're not using a third party such as a Solicitor.
