Hi
I have just come home to a parking charge notice from APCOA. It states it's a reminder letter but it is the first correspondence I have ever had from them, they want me to pay £100
I have proof of payment for the parking, ( the actual ticket) however the machine did not register the first letter of my number plate, ( the rest is all correct),
I will of course appeal this charge but has anyone else had this happen to them? And how did it work out.
I am a worrier and any advice would be gratefully received
