Hello everyone, just a question regarding a change in tenancy as my landlord has recently changed letting agent. I recieved an email asking to pay an extra amount onto my original deposit and it is it quite a large amount, is this normal?
Also I have been asked to sign a change in tenancy agreement that so that it now covers the whole house rather than the room I currently rent in the house share. I'm clueless as to why they would change this. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
