Small claims court and violence

Was hoping someone could tell me if there is a way of withholding your address from the defendant when there has been threats of violence?

Long story short we bought a severely ill kitten that sadly died. We have reported to the RSPCA and are suing for vet bills. The woman has been visited by the RSPCA and so has made several threats of violence to me, the police are involved.

She does not have my address at present but she will once I submit the court forms. Is there a way I can still sue and have my address protected?

I should have added the woman has a long history of violence and several convictions.
