Parking fine problem. What's likely to have happened?

I sold a car. I accidentally kept the wrong part of the V5.

A week later I started receiving parking fines from all around London, driving in a bus lane etc. Obviously the new owner wasn't too careful. There were about 8 in total.

I wrote a letter to each one contesting it, and a letter to the DVLA.

A week after posting the letters I moved to a different country. That was 4 years ago. I am not coming back to the UK. Am I going to have any problems getting through border control?

Seriously? I doubt there is a warrant out for your arrest and seriously doubt they have the airports on alert looking out for you over a few traffic violations.
