employment law solicitor recommendations

Can anyone recommend a firm who specialise in employment law with a view making a claim for constructive dismissal? I'm based in NW London.

Also, another piece of advice (which you may not need or already know) but if you have home insurance that includes legal cover, it can often include employment issues.

Are you a trade union member? They may be able to help as well.

OP if you have legal expenses insurance then don't go with a solicitor they appoint from their panel.

You have the right to choose your own legal representation and it's important to get a good solicitor for a CD claim, as they're notoriously difficult to win. Panel firms tend to use unqualified staff on a production line with an overworked solicitor checking everything and making daft mistakes.

It's my dh that's looking to make the claim. I am with Unison but I think their legal cover for family members covers everything but work related claims.

Yess law. Charity that does employment law advice for a fixed fee.

Yess law only give advice and assist with settlement; they don't litigate (fantastically respected solicitors there though so worth contacting as pp said CD cases are statically very difficult to win).

Please don't hang around. Time limits are very short in employment law.
