The applicant in my family court case has been given legal aid due the claiming to be a victim of DV although everything in her witness statement was proven to be a lie , such as false accusations proven by cctv etc
Can anyone advice on what I can do or who I can speak to about it

It isn't that clear cut. Look at the LAA website for the proof she needed to provide. If you want to take it up with anyone take it up with the LAA.
