Not entirely sure this is the best place for this but my case has gone to MARAC i only found out by chance and i dont really get what its for, what it will achieve or if i will even be told about it afterwards!

So what can i expect from this? I got 18 ticks on the MASH tick list thing

Police, schools. social services and doctors will collaborate to protect you and your children. That's what it means.

SailAwayWithMeHoney · 18/02/2017 08:05

You won't be invited. The various agencies listed in Collaborates post will sit around a table and discuss what they know about you and your family and what safeguarding issues there are and what each agency can do to help keep you safe.

I've been Marac'd twice and the first time I was only told the outcome because my refuge worker told me. The second time I wasn't told anything.
