Would you take on a couple of tenants that have both been through divorces and both have CCJ's as a consequence?
Previous LL says they have paid on time for the last 4 years.
tenant reference company have said to decline.

With sight of twelve months bank statements showing regular income and rent payments on the appropriate date each month, yes, I possibly would.

Have the CCJs been paid? And how long ago?
Like pp I'd want to see a year of bank statements and credit card info, plus payslips, and then consider.
