Scotland - can I forward email exchange to third party without permission

Hello - I am in Scotland and I am drafting an email to complain about the service at an estate agents. We are buying a new build home through them and I want to forward my complaint, including email evidence, to 2 big developers that are now working with the agents.

Is this legal? Or would I need the agents permission to forward correspondence between me and them to a third party?

Thanks for any info you have. I want others to know how rubbish they are!
