HA fixed camera to neighbors door, it record me

I have been having issues with a neighbor who has been bullying me with making up false allegations. He has been in the property for around 9 years, I moved in and he decided he did not like me. This is when the bullying happened.

Sadly for me the HA believe him because he has been there longer than me and I had trouble at my previous address.

I have been dragged through the criminal courts (postal charges by police) by a false statement given by this neighbor which the HA are aware the statement is false but they have it in for me so of course did not say so.
The case was thrown out by CPS due to no evidence and one sided, did not even go to trail.

Now I am being dragged through the civil courts by the HA.
i went abroad so wasnt able to defend myself so the injuction against me was granted. I do have a trail coming up to defend myself.

However the HA have fitted a camera to the neighbors door.
It is a converted house. This CCTV is triggered when the front door is opened therefore recording my image and anyone who enters the property.

the HA have written to me saying it was because of ASB with evidence..

What evidence? this neighbors WORD? an injunction I have yet to defend?

and what exactly will recording my image and my guest do? how will this stop anti social behaviour? if it was in the communal area covering the WHOLE area I would understand but it is NOT

IT ONLY takes the image of whoever walks in the door AND it has sound reconision.

Is this legal or a breach of my privacy? As I said there is 0 evidence just his word and it is extremely unfair

Look on the ICO website for the regulations governing this. I think they can't film your property.

I thought cctv could only be pointed at their own property? Is it actually directly facing your front door?
Irrespective of what I think is going on and who is at fault, surely it's interfering with your quiet enjoyment of your own home. It's invasion of privacy. Your guests are no-one's business but your own. Perhaps a screen between the neighbour's and yours might be an idea. So that camera can have a lovely shot of a screen on your property.

The HA fitted it so technically it is their property.
I am not sure who controls it but i suspect the neighbor due to in the letter from the HA it states "we supplied the spy hole camera"

It records the main door, not my flat door. It is attached to his flat door.
As it films the main door and I have to walk past his flat door to get to my flat door it records me and anyone who comes into the property. I just dont understand the point of it and how it will stop ASB
