Sorry to bother everyone again on this topic

I managed to sort out the wheel problem but my latest question is this.

The pram is about 10 years old.

Whilst there is a swivel lock on the front wheels there don't appear to be any actual brakes on them.

There are brakes for the back wheels should there be any form of braking system for the front or is it just for the back wheels only?

Ive never seen a pram with front wheel brakes

I had a Pliko 12 years ago, from memory there were only ever rear wheel brakes never front wheel brakes
