on what date can I request default judgment, if there is no further response?

As an acknowledgment of service has been filed, the Defendant has 28 days from the date of service of the court papers upon them to file a defence. Depending on when the date of service is, it's going to be somewhere around the 6th December.

Ok, it says here for Money Claim Online:

"The claim form will be deemed to be served on the fifth day after the claim was issued irrespective of whether that day is a business day or not."

www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part07/pd_part07e

So date of issue is 4th November, date of service is 9th November, then 28 days later is 7th December.
