Court hearing

My ex has filed to have a custody hearing as I stopped access due to a safeguarding reason. He states on the forms I have stopped access with no explanation. This is untrue and I have proof I have sent him a text message of why I stopped access. What will happen with this?

depends. do you have evidence of the safeguarding issues or social services involvement. Have you offered indirect contact?
