Child benefits if 50/50 access is awarded

Hey, where do I stand with child benefits if my ex is awarded 50/50?
How do they decide who gets the benefit?
I currently get tax credit and child benefit.. Help x

I'm almost 100 sure there was case law over the last year saying it was not based on time. The 2 cases I've seen have ended up at a tribunal. Get advice from a local welfare rights team or the CAB
