I recently started the process of getting both POAs in place for my elderly mum who is going downhill with dementia, while we still can. Long story short, the forms went back and forth a couple of times between us and the OPG, who in the end refused them as they said we'd gone out of time and said I now have to do new applications at £110 each.
Has anyone had any luck appealing in these circumstances?
