Hi I have what is supposed to be the final court hearing tomorrow, have posted on other threads about the case, its been 3 months of stress. The cafcass report states no contact with older children, and indirect contact only with the youngest one, he can send cards and letters but she does not have to reply. Just got to get through court tomorrow now. I am hopeful they will follow the recommendations, and it will finally be over. Its made me ill. they said he was a liar and a manipulator, and they believed me and the children about the abuse. I am so relieved I was imagining the worse case scenario. He could still appeal or ask for fact finding. But I hope they rarely go against the cafcass recommendations. Thank you for all the help and advice on here x
