Hi. I am due to go to tribunal shortly. Ex has his own business and has the control of everything. He takes a minimal salary and some dividends. My argument is that he has the control of the entire funds.
Anyone any experience of attending tribunal? How does it work? He has a solicitor acting for him who is an arrogant horrid man and I will be on my own.
