Land registry question...

We bought a house a few years ago. It was originally two houses but had been converted into one several years earlier. The owners previous to us bought and sold it as one house. Sale documents refer to both parts of house. I was on the land registery site and looked at what their record says. One half of the house is registered to us (red outline shows as half house only) but the other half has no records registered.

If anyone knows about this sort of stuff please could you advise - do I need to do anything? If so, what?!

Go back to the solicitor you used st the time and get them to sort it out as they should have dealt with it properly at the time. If they refuse tell them you will claim any costs involved in correcting their mistake from them - they will be insured!
