Hi All
Long story short. dd is 11. Her father and I split up when she was 1. He USED TO give me £20 a week...this has not been the case for at least 2yrs. I have basically never wanted to cause unnecessary arguments so just was happy to get anything rather than nothing! Stupid I know.
Of late we have had sooooo much bother with him just causing trouble and thinking he can bully me around with regards DD. I have had enough of it. He is picking and choosing what he wants to b involved in ( coincidently nothing that involves money or him going out of his way!!)
As DD gets older and is now in high school things do get a lot more expensive and I really think he ought to contribute in some way or another I think that's only fair??
What information do I need if I get in contact with the CSA? Is it even worth me doing it? He is not working and is apparently on a disability benefit. DD stays at his Friday and Saturday every other wknd, do they base it on time spent with him?
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks in advance
