Hi,
I went to court a couple of weeks ago as my ex-h refused to bring my dd home. I got an order from the court for her to be returned which she was
He wanted full custody - which he didn't get
He's claiming I am mentally, physically and emotionally abusive to her (in fact its the other way round)
We are back in court in a couple of weeks but im not sure what for.
I was granted her return, he wasn't granted custody.
We have a child arrangement order that we are still sticking to - he wants to amend this but I was told he would have to make a separate application - is this correct?
Is this hearing another chance for him to be given custody? Im confused!

Family Courts don't usually just have one Hearing to make a final decision. What kind of Order was made last time you were at court? It's possibly an interim (temporary order) for arrangements until a final decision is made.

Do you have a solicitor OP? Has a CAFCASS officer been appointed? If yes to either of these questions I'd contact them to clarify the situation.
