When the child stays at the NRP house are they meant to have their own room? The NRP has a 2 bedroom property and rents out the 2nd bedroom. So there is 3 adults and a child living it the property not including my DC.

There is no legal requirement for the child to have their own room. Unless there are safeguarding concerns the sleeping arrangements when the child is with the NRP are entirely up to the NRP.
