Enforcement notice for the landlord?!

Hi all, not sure what to do or if I'm posting in the wrong place but I need advice.

I've just had a man from an enforcement agency (I was shown ID) at the door, wanting to speak to my landlady. We have a tenancy agreement (began end of March, is a 6 month tenancy). Basically he's left his contact details for us to give to our land lady and a red 'enforcement notice' which details a debt of £400.

What does this mean? Do I need to worry?!

Just ignore it - its not your job to track debtors for him.

Correct, but this implies that the landlady has not told people she has moved and is renting out the place.

Got all the legalsas per the how to rent booklet?
