Can they do this?

I sent off for some tickets (sun, LEGOLAND for my DC), and I have received nothing back. I contacted them today to be told that they were for 16 days ago and although I've never received them, they've now expired and they're saying that there is nothing that they can do even though they never sent them and they're at fault.

Is this right?

Did they say they hadn't sent them ?

Or did you just not receive them?

WrappedInABlankie · 27/07/2016 21:03

They were meant to be sent via email. I was told they haven't been sent because;

they never received my application
my application was joined with someone elses
they just don't know
they did receive the form but they don't know what happened

Wrestled that in the light of all of the things they've said above, they should not have taken your money in the first place and you want a refund.

They were free weren't they?

LaurieFairyCake · 27/07/2016 21:23

So you haven't suffered a financial loss so I don't think you can do anything
