Are there any downsides to reserving my right to be an executor? Sibling named as executor with me as the reserve. After we have paid inheritance tax there will be some savings and a house to divide.
Do I need to complete a form PA25 or will a simple letter suffice and should I get it witnessed?
Is there a danger that if I reserve my right it will be interpreted as being unwilling / renouncing?
