advice needed re sexual harassment

Long story short. We were on a train last weekend coming home from a girls day out when one of the girls I was with got a little carried away and nipped one of the guards bum. She had had a bit to drink. Not that it's an excuse.

He called the police who met us off the train and she wouldn't admit it was her. Now all of us have had to give our names and numbers and will have to give statements if the cctv doesn't show anything up.

I'm so worried I work in a school and this could be terrible if I get involved with anything like this. I'm also feeling so angry because she could have saved us all from going through this. Just needed to express my worry really

The only thing you can do is name her in your statement.

Oh I'm not thinking twice I'm not getting the blame. I'm just really effed off that she's put me in this position. I can see her falling out with us for dropping her in it.

I would get together with the others and jointly tell her she has 24 hours to own up or you will all be naming her. I'm.sure the others must feel as irritated as you do.
