My ex has a child contact order so by the time me my partner & son go away he'll be seeing his son on a wednesday evening & all day saturday. We have a holiday booked in this country, so not abroad, can my ex stop me from going? Will i have to travel back on the wednesday evening so he can see his son then be back again for the saturday visit? HELP!
