Can anyone help with the wording for an email please.
I ordered some clothing from an online company and the stated delivery date was 26th May, they did send it out but the delivery company haven't delivered it. Have checked the tracking no. and it says everyday out for delivery, have contacted retailer who just say it will be with you tomorrow but it never arrives.
I want to cancel my order and get a refund but they are now ignoring me. Do I say they are in breach of contract under consumer act or say I am cancelling my contract with them under 14 days cooling off period. Thanks
